Can you machine PEEK for spinal implants?

Yes. We machine PEEK-OPTIMA and PEEK-CLASSIC to tight tolerances with dedicated tooling to prevent contamination.

Do you offer sterilisation?

We offer EO sterilisation coordination and can package in Tyvek pouches for gamma or steam sterilisation by your preferred partner.

What is your lead time for prototypes?
