MIG / TIG Welding

Structural MIG for mild and galvanised steel; TIG for stainless and aluminium requiring clean, porosity-free welds.

Hardware Insertion

PEM standoffs, clinch nuts, blind rivets, and press-fit studs installed in-house — all per your BOM.

Powder Coating

Epoxy, polyester, and epoxy-polyester hybrid powders. RAL colour matching, texture, and gloss level on request.

Kitting & Packaging

Multi-part assemblies kitted to your BOM, labelled, and shipped in custom packaging — ready for your production line.

3 — JoinMIG/TIG welding, clinching, or riveting as specified

FAQ

Can you manage multi-part assemblies with a BOM?

Yes — send us your STEP assembly file and BOM. We will quote each component and the assembly labour separately.

What weld quality standards do you meet?

We weld to AWS D1.1 for structural steel and AWS D1.2 for aluminium. Weld inspection reports available on request.

Do you offer anodising as well as powder coat?

Yes. For aluminium assemblies we offer Type II clear and colour anodise, hard anodise (Type III), and chemical film (Alodine).
